Lifelong Texan. Public servant. Advocate for fair, transparent water service.
Hi, I’m Cheryl Patterson, and I’m running for the Crystal Clear Special Utility District Board. As a proud Texas native, I’ve spent my life grounded in service, hard work, and community values. My husband and I have lived in Guadalupe County for 28 years, raising five children and now enjoying life with our eight amazing grandchildren on our family farm, alongside our goats, dogs, chickens, and cats.
I currently serve as a juvenile prosecutor in Guadalupe County, where I advocate daily for the safety and future of our local families. My career is centered around justice, accountability, and compassion, values I will carry into this role if elected.
After 12 years as a Crystal Clear customer, I’ve seen firsthand how frustrating and unresponsive the system can feel. That’s why I’m stepping up, to help build a water board that truly listens and serves with fairness and transparency.
I’m committed to:
Fighting for fair water rates that don’t unfairly burden rural families
Promoting open communication and genuine community involvement
Supporting responsible growth without compromising existing residents
Demanding accountability and transparency in every board decision
As both a longtime customer and a passionate advocate for our community, I understand what’s at stake. I’m not a politician, I’m a neighbor who’s ready to stand up for what’s right. With your support, we can make the Crystal Clear Special Utility District one we’re all proud to be part of.
